 This is a 1964 Made in Sweden Levin Goliath Mod LM26 . The guitar is in good condition for it's age despite some cracking on the table which has been strongly, albeit not invisibly, repaired . The sound is big and strong yet can also be truly sweet and mellow and the Solid Alpine 100 year old spruce top resonates remarkably combining with the maple sides and arched back. The solid neck has a fitted adjustable truss rod and the rosewood fingerboard has had a new re-fret and setup by luthier expert Chris Ward last year. the machine heads & buttons are wonderful and all original as is the bridge, scratch plate and dog-lead strap. These guitars were used by the likes of Lennon in the 60's at a cost of a massive new price of  £35 . 13 .  6. in old money!
