Framus Star Bass 1964 Vintage-Bill Wyman model-SOLD

Genuine & very rare collectable 1964 Framus Star Bass Model 5/150 from the Bill Wyman promoted range. Serial No. 20150 64E.  (That's  in made May 1964). The bass is all original except for the replacemaent Framus tuners. Original gold inlayed Framus has part of the m & u missing but can still be read. Neck is set type. There is a bow in the neck as the truss rod seems to be broken at the top end where adjustmentis normally made and the neck is wedged slightly at the body to compensate for the angle to make it playable. Now it is well playable but a good professional neck re-set would not go amiss. All electrics working 100% with extremely loud gain output from those two wicked looking Pups. The bridge & tailpiece ( Which says Star Bass on it) are in great condition with heavy chrome. A few knocks and marks around the body but nothing serious. I got this with the intention of mixing two models together which I never did and am in fact selling the other as a going project as another item.
