This guitar is a  fabulous MIJ made vintage 1983 Ibanez Artist AM50 tobacco sunburst . Fabulous condition throughout .Vintage 1983 Ibanez Artist AM50 small body semi-hollowbody 335 style like 339
Highly desirable and collectible laminate maple body with centre block, solid mahogany neck, qick release tailpiece & ST bridge. The wiring is factory fitted in two stages allowing for a minimal hole in the block
All original, including the Super 58 pickups which sound brilliant as used on George Benson model! One or two small dinks on the headstock & there is a miniscule hairline surface crack under the fingerboard line on the upper side of the neck - this is not structual only a tiny tiny cosmetic finish crack.
This guitar sustains nicely with perfect fit between the middle block and the top and back of the body, the build quality is amazing, its light and 15% smaller bodied so you can play for hours without getting tired, the sure-grip knobs are a great idea, the tuners are stamped with Ibanez and work very well, and the tone is superb.
