MIJ Dreadnought guitar with s/holePUP- 1970's vintage - all original - wonderful

 This is a 1970's Made in Japan Dreadnought red sunburst with an added vintage sound hole PUP . The guitar is in good condition for it's age despite some wear and a few dings. The sound is big and strong yet can also be truly sweet and mellow and the Solid spruce top resonates remarkably combining with the mahogany sides and back. The smooth thin lovely solid neck has hardly any fret wear and the trapeze perloid inlays have aged beautifully. The machine heads & buttons are wonderful but non-original , the bridge although it has had some repair in front of the saddle works well and there is some surface cracking near the pins but non structural . There are a couple of tiny drilled holes behind the bridge, not sure what they were there for. The PUP can be moved from front to back of sound hole for tone change and works very well, there is a volume control with a Hofner type control knob. The overall look of the guitar is vintage red sunburst with nice yellowing of the bindings etc

Get back the nostalgia with this rare guitar, they are vintage and sort after, will hold their value for ever.
