This guitar is a  fabulous collectable and very playable German made vintage 1960s Hofner Colorama II. Red finish. Fabulous original condition throughout with a few small dinks mainly the noticable one at the back of the tip of the headstock partly obliterating the serial number, 5 ply original pickguard, nice thin comfy neck with hardly any fret wear, original adjustable floating bridge & original tailpiece, superb pickups with nice logos, original elecronics and pots all working with switches, the tuners are individual brass made and work very well, and the tone possibilities are superb. The headstock rear has the number 40something  marked in it
