This rare collectable English made guitar and case comes from John Grey,London in the late 50's. As it's name suggests it is derived from the first BBC British Rock 'n Roll & Skiffle TV shows with live audience produced by Jack Good & presented by Pete Murray. The name came from the time of the day it was aired
The guitar has the obligitory piece of string tied around the neck instead of a strap and an action high enough to shoot arrows with! But hey there were only three chords all in the first two fret positions.
The case is genuine original , the locks don't work too well but nice to keep it in and worth a pretty penny for the collector on it's own. The logo on the headstock and in the sound hole are in fabulous condition. Lovely to do the Tommy Steele bit in the mirror then hang back up on the wall or in the display cabinet.
